T-Mobile International AG is a German holding company for Deutsche Telekom AG's various mobile communications subsidiaries outside Germany. Globally, T-Mobile International subsidiaries have a combined total of approximately 230 million subscribers.

Scope of project: Architecture, Implementation and Deployment of Business SIP Trunking with auto provisioning features based on Genband SBC's, NSN R4, Mavenir IMS core.

We provided technical consultancy for specification of RFI, RFP, Vendor Selection, Evaluation of SBC technology from multiple vendors.

After vendor selection (Genband Q20), we delivered professional engineering services such as a High Level Design, Low Level Design, Acceptance Tests and complete deployment and configuration of all SBC's in T-MOBILE network.

Project was delivery in time and T-MOBILE also saved significant amount of money as we delivered complete green field configuration and deployment which would be more expensive from traditional big telco vendors.
